Efficient Copper-to-Fiber Conversion
They seamlessly and transparently convert 10/100/1000 Mbps copper to 1000 Mbps fiber (one or two strands). As Layer 2 media converters, they auto-detect copper speed for true plug-and-play operation..

Reliable Power Redundancy
Multiple power options can be used simultaneously to maximize redundancy, ensuring mission-critical applications stay operational. If one power source fails, the remaining sources will continue to supply power seamlessly, keeping the converter running.

Link Fault Pass-Through (LFPT) Support
A DIP switch enables/disables LFPT, which combines TX and FX LinkLoss between paired converters. Enabled, it passes a link fault through to the next segment. Disabled, it stops fault pass-through for easier troubleshooting. A link failure on one interface will bring down the partner link and pass the fault.

Hardened and Rugged
Industrial MultiPower Media Converters are built for harsh industrial settings. When powered by DC, they support an extended temperature range of -13 to +167°F (-25 to +75°C), making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
